  • Subscription-Based Services: Fees for ongoing legal support or subscription plans are non-refundable after service usage or billing cycle commencement.

  • Custom or Special Requests: Any tailor-made legal services specifically requested by the client are final and non-refundable once work has begun.


3. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the processing timeline and method will be as follows:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the approval date.

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Clients will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please note that financial institutions may impose additional processing times beyond our control.
